Water detection and BMS

Water detection systems are a standard option with most modern AC units, and are frequently installed where the AC units are used in server, plant and POP rooms.

Each AC unit can be a water detection ‘zone’ in its own right. A mutable alarm is sounded and displayed on the unit microprocessor fascia, and this can be extended to a remote facility if required.

Also essential to monitoring and fault finding is an effective BMS system.

All M&E alerting systems are linked to a main BMS control panel which in turn generates graphics at an onsite or remote PC. Critical alarm alerts can be immediately sent via email to the facilities / maintenance team to get timely response and avoid a potential problem.
