Access and security

The security and integrity of data centres is paramount. We achieve this by designing integrated security systems that restrict access to only legitimate personnel and detect intrusion by unwanted ‘visitors’.

This is achieved by utilising the latest proximity readers and advanced biometric reading technology, coupled with user friendly software providing administration and monitoring of personnel movement.

CCTV cameras (either digital or IP) assist in the visual monitoring of the centre. Integrated with detection devices such as infra-red beams and ‘vibration wire’ they provide a powerful system to detect and monitor intruders. Coupled with the latest in digital hard disk recording we can stream live video via networks to remote monitoring centres.
